BORAMIT ÖKOTHERM combines the positive properties of mineral compounds with the advantages of a high-performance insulating material. Thanks to the boron used, our insulation plasters reach a thermal conductivity of 0,048 W / mK and A1 fire protection class. With the values obtained for external effects, wall diffusion at low thicknesses and moisture are removed naturally.
BORAMIT ÖKOTHERM is particularly suitable for the restoration of historical buildings and monuments, as it includes heat optimization. Mineral insulation and processing techniques of our insulation plasters are very similar to historical building materials. Our insulating plasters are also a special solution for new buildings with complex architecture and critical applications.
BORAMIT ÖKOTHERM is suitable for both internal and external insulation.

WHAT IS BORON ACTUALLY?
AND WHY ACTUALLY BORON?
Boron is a porous element with semi-metal and semiconductor properties. It provides high fire insulation and is resistant to 1100 ° C. Boron is corrosion resistant and cannot be separated by microorganisms. It is a completely natural, environmental, healthy and ecological product. Taking advantage of the unique properties of boron, we developed BORAMIT ÖKOTHERM for ecological and permanent insulation.
Thermal Insulation
It should be warm in winter, quite cool in summer. We offer excellent insulation with 0.048 W / mK in four seasons without producing heat bridges.
